Staining and varnish on the back side of the house.

Backside of the house.  Air Conditioning connections, AC to be wall mounted in this location.

The stain and varnish on the upper floors have already been done.  Brings out the beauty of the logs.


Garage wall insulation, pipe for the outdoor spigot is in the insulation.

More wall insulation for the Garage.  City water, Gas and Sewer to be hidden in the wall dividing the garage and workshop.

Insulation over the garage, under the living space.

More insulation over the garage, under the living space.

More insulation over the workshop, under the living space (office / 2nd bedroom).  AC piping to be covered.

Insulation for the Great room, with ceiling panels beginning to cover.


More insulation for the Great Room.  insulation on both side of the room.


More insulation on the great room.  Other side of the room hasn't started the ceiling panels.

 Construction has begun! After a struggle trying to get the plan through plan check it was finally approved.    Unfortunately we will not be able to complete the project this year.  We can at least start the project preparing the ground and laying the slab. Drive By 9-6-25

 Drove by and took some more pictures of the house today, take a look! Roof panels are in waiting for inspection, meanwhile they are framing out the windows. Workshop window #2 Workshop window #1 Downstairs bathroom window Workshop #2, Window is framed out and the backdoor is getting trimmed to shape. Upstairs bathroom window has been trimmed.  The flooring protection has been changed due to the recent rain. Framing for the great room window is starting to take shape.  More of the new flooring protection due to recent rain. windows in the second bedroom have been trimmed.

Drive By 8-9-25

 We drove by the property, and dropped off some plumbing items.  We walk around admiring the work done so far. Top of stairs looking towards the front of the house.  Temporary support to install the roof joists in way of the stairs. Great Room, looking towards the kitchen, framing for the bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and pantry are up.  Temporary support for the Center Roof beam, will be removed at some point in the future. Great Room, looking towards the top landing of the stairs.  Temporary support for the pony wall and temporary access for roof joists in the stair well, to be removed at some point during construction.
